This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced team environment. The Job Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects, orders, and communication running smoothly between customers, vendors, sales staff, and installers. Responsibilities Customer Service & Front Desk Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Greet and assist customers in the showroom Process credit card payments and provide receipts Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment Order & Job Coordination Submit and verify vendor orders for accuracy Enter and maintain job packets in the company system Scan, upload, and organize required documents Track deliveries and update truck schedules Notify sales staff of delivery dates and changes Coordinate with vendors regarding revisions or special requests Administrative Support Assist multiple departments with daily office tasks Ensure sales packets are complete and properly organized Maintain company phone lists and office records Order office supplies and showroom samples as needed Additional Duties Assist with company events and team functions Prepare reports for management Send customer survey requests and follow up on feedback Support overall office organization and operations Qualifications Experience & Education High school diploma or GED required 1-3 years of administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Why Join Us? Pay:
