Job Description

Work Study staff with Accessibility & Disability Services support the daily operations of the ADS office, helping to ensure a welcoming and accessible experience for students. This role involves providing classroom assistance, front desk reception, clerical support, event assistance, and collaboration with staff and service providers.
  • Be a reader/scribe for students in their classroom and/or testing
  • Greet and assist students, staff, and visitors at the front desk
  • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage data entry
  • Assist with planning and executing department events and outreach activities
  • Provide general support to ADS staff and contracted service providers
  • Maintain organized records and contribute to efficient office operations
  • Support campus-wide efforts to improve access for students with disabilities High School Diploma required Must be approved for Federal Work Study
