Job Description

The Intern/Work Study Student will provide administrative and project support to various departments, offering an opportunity to develop professional skills in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for students seeking to apply classroom knowledge to practical settings while balancing academic commitments.
Core Duties:
Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, or projects as assigned. Provide customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, as appropriate. Help with roll out execution, including logistics and material preparation. Perform general office tasks such as copying, scanning, and managing office supplies. Contribute to team projects, offering creative ideas and solutions where applicable. Adhere to institutional policies, including confidentiality and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, eligible for Federal Work Study Program. Senior in High School or recent High School graduate or GED equivalent. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor. Prior office or customer service experience is a plus but not required. A minimum of 16 hours a week in person is required.
