Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities to support the real estate team and maintain smooth office operations.
- Answer incoming calls, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and provide courteous assistance to clients and visitors.
- Perform front-desk and reception coverage, creating a welcoming experience for guests.
- Enter, update, and maintain information in internal records and databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents so that important information is easy to access and up to date.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other office support tasks that help the team stay on track.
- Monitor general office needs and respond promptly to routine administrative requests.
