Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a real estate team in Bedford, New Hampshire. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can keep daily office activities organized, provide responsive front-desk support, and handle a range of administrative tasks effectively. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing incoming communication, maintaining accurate records, and helping the team operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to support the real estate team and maintain smooth office operations.
  • Answer incoming calls, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and provide courteous assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Perform front-desk and reception coverage, creating a welcoming experience for guests.
  • Enter, update, and maintain information in internal records and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents so that important information is easy to access and up to date.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other office support tasks that help the team stay on track.
  • Monitor general office needs and respond promptly to routine administrative requests.
