Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills and gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
  • Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Utilize computer literacy skills to efficiently manage administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Offer customer support through timely and professional communication, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
  • Process payments and assist clients
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain office efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Spanish is an asset but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is an added advantage.
