Litigation responsibilities include preparing documents for state and federal court filings, including discovery requests and responses, letters, pleadings, motions and documents, as well as e-filing in various state and federal courts. Administrative duties include scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining attorney calendars and contact information, new client intake, time entry and billing, file maintenance utilizing the firm's electronic records management system, and travel coordination and expense reimbursement. Qualified applicants must possess strong communication, organizational, and client service skills and be able to work in a team-oriented environment with accurate spelling, grammar and proofreading. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience supporting attorneys in personal injury litigation is required. Experience with e-filing, document management and time and billing systems is required.
