MacDoc Property Management is a full service property management company serving the Fredericksburg and surrounding area. In this vital in office role, you will streamline administrative operations and coordinate real estate transactions with precision and professionalism. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven individual who can confidently manage front office responsibilities while supporting leasing, compliance, and transaction coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys both administrative precision and client interaction.. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in property management and client relations while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Manage daily office operations, including electronic filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records of transactions and client files Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering excellent customer service and routing inquiries appropriately. Process rental applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards, Real Estate and Fair Housing Laws. Prepare and send Documents via DocuSign to tenants. Organization of HOA property documents and procedures. Utility Services coordination for vacant properties. Manage key return process for vacating tenants, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates to system records. Offer general administrative support to leasing, maintenance, and leadership teams as needed. Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service Intermediateto advanced computer skills and the ability to quickly grasp new software Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Professional demeanor and dresscode
