Job Description

Overview CTIS is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to support our CEO Office in VA & MD office locations. The candidate will provide administrative and clerical support in the office to maintain an efficient office environment. This individual will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks associated with the CEO Office and Corporate office. This position requires flexibility and availability during the day plus weekend hours occasionally. Responsibilities Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management
  • Support with daily operational tasks
  • Communication
  • verbal and written communication required
  • Able to prioritize tasks
  • Communicate via emails and/or calls with clients
  • Document filing
  • Daily/weekly status reports; meeting minutes and as required.
  • Responsible for meeting minutes, following up with any/all action items
  • Assist in special projects
  • Organization skills
  • manage Time & Tasks in a timely and organized manner
  • Proactive, adaptable and reliable
  • Driving the CEO daily between the Virginia and Maryland offices, client meetings and appointments.
Qualifications Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate with Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Time management
  • Must be extremely flexible with availability
  • Business college training an advantage
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
