Office Coordinator Northern Virginia | Full-Time | Permanent Position Eastern Commercial Maintenance, Inc. (ECM) is seeking an organized, personable, motivated, and dependable Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with one of the company's owners while learning the day-to-day operations of a successful company. You'll receive hands-on mentorship, gain valuable business experience, and have the opportunity to assume increasing responsibility as you grow with us. As our company continues to expand throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Florida, we're looking for someone who wants more than just a job - we're looking for someone who wants a career. Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll preparation using QuickBooks Pro
  • Coordinate the purchase of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies
  • Research products, suppliers, availability, and pricing
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and field personnel by phone, email, and text
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft 365
  • Maintain organized records and follow up on outstanding items
  • Help coordinate day-to-day activities between our office and field teams
  • Support a wide variety of office, operational, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is bright, personable, resourceful, dependable, and eager to learn.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.

  • Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, coworkers, and field personnel
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • QuickBooks Pro experience is helpful, but not required
  • Previous experience in customer service, office coordination, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced environment is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, but not required This is a professional, office-based position within a small, friendly team. You'll work closely with one of the company's owners and play an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. Compensation & Benefits
