Job Description
This position will assist with academic services, outreach, and logistical operations in Helms School of Government (HSOG). The position is largely administrative but occasionally requires supporting HSOG-sponsored events. Student workers are required to work from HSOG offices and will interact extensively with HSOG faculty, staff, and students. Essential Functions and Responsibilities This position's role will include office suite reception responsibilities and routing incoming communications to the appropriate office; office maintenance and beautification and submitting facilities work orders; assisting with information management and data entry; interfacing with prospective students at events, collecting leads, and promoting the HSOG programs; receiving supplies and tallying office assets and inventory; additional duties may be assigned as needed.
