Job Description

New Location Coming Soon! We are looking for a few people to join opening staff for Marion Lifestyle Recovery at Appalachian Center for Hope . Must be available to train in Abingdon or Bristol until the Marion facility opens . Front office/Administrative - Ensures the smooth operation of reception ("guest services"), and cohesive record and file management systems according to Document Management policies and procedures. Provides Administrative oversight of all administrative functions necessary to implement the delivery of services according to Fairview objectives, goals, and strategy. Assists with resident screening and intake process, prepares resident packets and welcome baskets, letters, etc. Sorts incoming mail for facility staff and residents Ensures the safety and security of program residents, staff, facility, and its physical property Answers telephone and greets incoming guests in a friendly and efficient, and timely manner Complies with program, state, and federal regulations governing resident privacy and confidentiality of protected health information Complies with program's established policies and procedures and with VA's Licensure and Human Rights regulations Day shift Monday - Friday; must be able to travel to Abingdon or Bristol for training
