This is a versatile role that involves facilitating various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations of locations, and meeting daily and weekly goals as assigned. Responsibilities Complete administrative tasks and goals including data entry, filing, and location management procedures daily. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies. Meet daily goals and needs as assigned such as interviewing, hiring and operations revision. Collaborate to implement agency and licensing standards/requirements Work independently to achieve assigned tasks. Some travel will be required for inspection of locations/training facilitation. Tasks may include hiring location staff, terminating location staff, training location staff, creating and implementing materials/resources necessary for location success. Ability to transition and multitask to prioritize for task completion. Management of various location needs. Experience Experience working in an administrative environment. Exceptional knowledge in Microsoft, Google and other systems. Strong computer literacy skills are necessary, along with familiarity with data entry processes and filing systems. A minimum of an associates degree is preferred with 1 year of experience OR high school diploma with 3 years of experience Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Must be a driven individual able to work independently to complete tasks.
