Position Description Staff to assist us with organizing, preparing, and boxing employee HR files so they can be sent off for digitization. Prepare/organize hard copies of CRCC staff files for external digitizing process. Skills Required Knowledge of standard administrative procedures and practices, including general document handling and filing Ability to effectively implement a files management system Ability to communicate courteously and effectively Ability to maintain confidentiality
