Job Description

Support one of the largest and diverse technical solutions providers in the world and have a hand in helping in laying the foundation for human progress. As a Project Administrative Assistant on our team in Richmond, VA, you will perform a wide variety of administrative and staff project support services. You'll be accountable for a host of activities including reporting, document creation and editing, and coordinating meetings. You'll also support the safety team maintaining and tracking databases, preparing reports, and other administrative tasks. Your strong organization skills and ability to communicate with staff at all levels - both orally and in writing will help us meet our client's objectives.   • At least 4+ years of administrative experience within an engineering, construction or related organization.
  • Advanced level computer skills in
MS Office Suite:
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Ideally, you'll also have:
  • College education or degree preferred
