  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, item setup, and issue resolution\n \n\n
  • Coordinate daily with sales, scheduling, shipping, design, and production teams to manage customer needs from start to finish\n \n\n
  • Own and manage New Item Requests, data entry, and updates with a high degree of accuracy and speed\n \n\n
  • Track and reconcile order-related information, supporting light billing and payment tracking functions\n \n\n
  • Monitor and track customer inventory levels and shipment status using Excel or other internal tools\n \n\n
  • Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to provide timely updates and address concerns\n \n\n
  • Prioritize and balance multiple urgent tasks, shifting gears quickly as business needs evolve\n \n\n
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Word) daily to manage information and workflows\n\nWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\n \n\n
