Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This position is responsible for scheduling service work orders, coordinating with technicians, and processing billing for completed jobs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service work orders in coordination with technicians and managers Communicate effectively with customers and internal staff to ensure accurate scheduling Review and process completed work orders for billing accuracy and timely invoicing Assist with data entry, filing, and daily administrative tasks Provide customer support by phone and email as needed Maintain records of completed work orders and billing documentation Support office operations and contribute to a positive, team-focused environment
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and database entry Prior experience in billing, dispatching, or administrative support preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Strong communication and problem-solving skills Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
