The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to maintaining the high standards of professionalism and confidentiality that define our organization. Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and updating patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and healthcare professionals Support scheduling of home visits, appointments, and follow-up calls Help ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry into healthcare systems Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing medical documents Contribute to the preparation of reports, summaries, and correspondence Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High level of discretion and respect for patient confidentiality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about healthcare operations Qualifications High School Diploma Prior home health experience (preferred) but not required
