Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination Maintain office organization and assist with supply inventory Support internal teams with projects and day-to-day operations Greet visitors and ensure a positive front office experience Perform other clerical and support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

0-2 years of experience in an office, customer service, or administrative role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Positive attitude and willingness to learn
