Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic School in Vienna, VA has an immediate opening for a School Secretary, to help maintain the smooth and efficient operation of our office. We are seeking a welcoming, organized, and professional secretary who brings a warm and friendly demeanor to every interaction. The ideal candidate enjoys working with students, families, and staff and helps create a positive, inviting atmosphere in the school office. This position requires an individual who is organized, detail oriented, and computer savvy. The secretary maintains office files, including daily attendance records and student files, and schedules substitute teachers, so confidentiality is a must. Knowledge of PowerSchool, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel are a plus, but not necessary. Hours would be from 7:30am-3:30pm Monday through Friday. This is an hourly position.
