Join a Growing Real Estate & Property management
Brokerage Application Requirements:

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator-Processor to support our team with high-level administrative responsibilities and confidential, time-sensitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and coordinate guest presentations Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for team members Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Maintain and update CRM systems, mailing lists, and company calendars Organize and file documents efficiently Coordinate and track staff training programs Communicate updates regarding policies and procedures Research vendors for pricing, services, and delivery options Conduct folder audits and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), GSuite, and familiarity with AI tools Property management experience is a plus Strong grammar and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams Creative, forward-thinking mindset with problem-solving abilities Experience with internet applications and multi-browser environments Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills at all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion Reliable transportation
Work Environment:
