Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Home Health Care Provider to assist elderly clients with daily living activities and basic healthcare needs. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and has strong communication skills, along with experience in caregiving or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Meal Preparation:

Prepare meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary

Medication Reminders:

Provide reminders to clients to take medications as prescribed

Light Housekeeping:

Laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying

Transportation:

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and outings

Companionship:

Engage clients through conversation, games, reading, and social activities

Health Monitoring:

Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition

Mobility Assistance:

Support walking, transfers, and prescribed exercises

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records and assist with necessary paperwork

Qualifications:

Required:

Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and physical stamina Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record
