Administrative Support Specialist (Full-Time) Airport Auto Sales - Fredericksburg, VA Airport Auto Sales is a family-owned dealership proudly serving the Fredericksburg community for 28 years. We are seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is the backbone of our front office and directly supports our Sales and Collections departments. You'll be the first impression customers receive—whether you're greeting them at the door or answering the phone—and you'll help keep operations running smoothly with pride and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate team members Processing tag and title work with accuracy and compliance Greeting customers warmly and representing our mission with pride Taking and recording customer payments Explaining who we are, what we do, and how our programs work in a friendly, clear, and confident manner Reconciling cash and credit card payments Assisting with insurance claims, documentation, and follow-ups Sending payment reminders and notifications Making welcome calls to new customers and scheduling appointments Providing general administrative support to Sales, Collections, and Management Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment Working as a team player in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Requirements Minimum 3 years of office/administrative experience Ability to type 60+ WPM Friendly, professional, and personable demeanor Strong computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills Reliable, dependable, and able to work Tuesday-Saturday Comfortable assisting multiple departments and shifting priorities as needed A team mindset—willing to help wherever needed to support the customer and the dealership
