Administrative Assistant Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce | 57 Pond Street, Ludlow, VT 05149 Part‑time | Compensation commensurate with experience Join Our Team and Support Local Success! The Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce is seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and help strengthen southern Vermont's business community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and contributing to meaningful local work. What You'll Do Support the Executive Director in all aspects of Chamber operations, including but not limited to events, social media, and written assignments (press releases, magazine stories, website blogs, and social media posts) Provide administrative support for daily Chamber operations and member services Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document management Help coordinate meetings, workshops, and community events Maintain accurate records, databases, and contact lists Support communications including newsletters, social media updates, and website postings Greet visitors and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and warmth What We're Looking For Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools Experience in office administration or customer service (2+ years preferred) Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to community engagement Ability to work limited nights and weekends as needed for events Why You'll Love Working Here Flexible part‑time schedule (approximately 20-25 hours per week) Paid time off and professional development assistance Meaningful work supporting local businesses and regional growth Friendly, mission‑driven team environment
