Job Description

Hours will be 10-2. Monday
  • Thursday Job purpose Responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area and mail. Duties and responsibilities Purchasing of Office Supplies
  • Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture for the entire staff. Use of Office Equipment
  • Routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Scheduling — Schedule and coordinate overall administrative activities for the office, including maintenance of office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, etc. Safety — Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Other Duties
  • Duties, responsibilities, and activates may change at any time with or without notice. Customer Service — Enter incoming customer orders. Work with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Complete open order reports. Vendors — Contact vendors to verify ship dates on open orders Organization — Organize electronic and paper files. Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office Organization Skills Initiative Communication Proficiency Basic computer knowledge
Pay:
$15.00
