Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN
Seeking an individual with exceptional customer service skills to provide front-office administrative support while assisting with core property management functions. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced, often unpredictable environment. Work may be performed independently or as part of a team.
Salary:
$50,000 plus benefits. Key responsibilities include reception and front office support; assisting applicants through the housing application process; maintaining office equipment and performing general office duties; conducting property inspections, supporting lease ups; rent collection; and related property management tasks. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required. Property management or affordable housing experience is a plus.
