Job Description:
Seeking a skilled administrative assistant for our growing property management company.
Qualifications:
Very strong communication skills A resourceful and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment Exceptional computer and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Driver's license and reliable transportation required. Property Management experience helpful but not necessary
Responsibilities:
Support of Property Managers and Maintenance Manager with various tasks including, but not limited to: answering phone lines, email and text correspondence with tenants, clients, and vendors, mail distribution, entering invoices, scanning, scheduling appointments and inspections, data entry, filing IRC reports, submitting landlord certificates, off site errands
Compensation Package:
Full-time position of 40 hours per week, competitive salary based on experience. Mileage for performing onsite tasks. MVP Healthcare Insurance allowance of $300 per month is offered after 3 months of full-time work is complete (40 hours per week). 15 days PTO per year and 5 paid holidays. 401k immediately and a company match after a year of employment. Match is subject to employee contribution.
