Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental office front desk receptionist. The candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules
- Assist with document preparation, including drafting correspondence and creating reports
- Coordinate schedules, sending reminders, and preparing charts/documents
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Conduct research on various topics, ie: referral/radiographs and dental insurance benefits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in business administration is a plus. Some knowledge of dental terminology is required
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently We offer competitive pay for this position.
Pay:
$27.00- $30.
