Gym Office Admin/Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join Maximum Sports Conditioning as a Front Desk / Admin Assistant. This role will be the first point of contact for athletes and parents, while also supporting back-end operations.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in athletes and clients Handling scheduling, membership inquiries, and payments Managing phone calls, emails, and basic administrative tasks Assisting with social media posts, light marketing, and online presence Supporting coaches with gym logistics (equipment setup, light cleaning, etc.) Additional responsibilities may expand as the gym grows

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills Friendly and professional demeanor Comfortable with technology and basic online tools (Google Docs/Sheets, social media platforms) Interest in fitness, sports, or athletic performance (preferred but not required)

Hours & Pay:

Part-time position (15-20 hours per week) Schedule includes mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed Pay rate: competitive for Bellevue area, ideal for a college student or someone looking for flexible part-time work
