THE JOB The Gorge Amphitheatre is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant (Events) to support the administrative and operational needs of concerts and events during the busy season. This role is essential to maintaining an organized and professional administrative environment and ensuring staff and leadership receive timely support throughout event operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize tasks in real time. The Seasonal Administrative Assistant works closely with managers, supervisors, and team members to keep the administrative function running efficiently during preparation days and live events.Schedule:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide day-to-day administrative support during event days and preparation periods Assist with employee check-in and check-out processes Maintain organization, cleanliness, and professionalism within the administrative office Answer phones and emails and respond to general staff and guest inquiries Support managers and supervisors with real-time administrative and operational needs Assist with inventory management and ensure office supplies and materials remain stocked Help prepare administrative materials and documentation leading into show days Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth event operations Maintain confidentiality of employee and operational information Complete additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned by supervisors or managementWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills (verbal and written) Reliable, punctual, and accountable Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow direction and respond to changing operational needs Comfortable working extended shifts during event operations Preferred Qualifications Prior administrative, office support, or operations experience Experience working in live events, hospitality, or high-volume environments Familiarity with basic office systems and administrative workflows Local to the area (within approximately 90 miles of the venue) Demonstrated maturity and professionalism in a team-based environmentWORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work may occur indoors or outdoors depending on operational needs Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking Fast-paced environment during peak event operations Frequent interaction with staff, guests, and leadership Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS
