Duties:

Greeting customers and during down time when office is slower will be responsible for stocking office with supplies, snacks, drinks, etc. running errands in terms of making copies, checking mail, office admin work. Someone who has prior front desk/office experience and is friendly and very easy to approach..teamwork helpful attitude (service oriented)

Software:

Microsoft, they use outlook, word, excel, workday if they know how to use HRIS- they would be able to help with scheduling…

Pay Details:
