Target Responsibilities and Competencies:

Customer Service

  • Manage all incoming communications via email, phone, and in-person visitors
  • Intake all client details and site information
  • Track all contact information and communication notes in
Salesforce Target Responsibilities and Competencies:

Administration Support

  • Maintain an organized office calendar and schedule meetings and appointments as needed
  • Perform errands (e.g. post office) and office housekeeping
  • Process and log accounting related items such as invoices, payments, receipts, etc.
  • File, organize, and maintain hard and soft copies of company documents
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, Gmail, Google Drive/Docs, Google Calendar, iCloud, Zoom, and more.
Target Responsibilities and Competencies:

Installation and Project Coordination

  • Research jurisdiction and utility application, permitting, and installation requirements
  • Schedule site visits, installations, and inspections with clients and utilities
  • Fill out and submit applications and pay fees to pull permits and interconnection agreements
  • Merge installation documents into site packages for field team
  • Permitting, AHJ and Utility correspondence Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent communication, writing and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer competency and high WPM
  • College-level education or equivalent Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Administrative experience
  • 2+ of Project Management or Coordination experience
  • Solar or Construction industry experience Work week: Part-time hours / flexible and changing hours depending on work load between 8:00 AM - 5:00

Office Rate of pay: $25.00-$35.00 / hour dependent on relevant on experience
