Use information and data collected through direct observation and meetings with individuals supported to develop Functional Assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)Develop Individual Support Plan Programs for individuals on caseloadTrain team members on plans and program implementation Partner with program directors to implement support plan programs Using electronic data collection system (Therap), review data and compile reports for other members of support team on behavior and habilitative goal progressAssist in the creation and maintenance of tracking spreadsheets for relevant due dates and person-centered planning meetingsKeep up to date on all relevant state policy changesMaintain open lines of communication with stakeholders outside the organization, i.e. guardians and DDCS partnersAttend support planning meetings as requiredQualificationsWhat Makes You a
Great Fit:
 Must have a master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work, or other related discipline. Will also consider candidates close to finishing master's degree. 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD)Experience with writing functional assessments and positive behavior support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, and/or challenging behaviorsStrong administrative skills with demonstrated experience Strong leadership skills with ability to train and mentor support teams Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred Additional InformationWe believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
