This role is about building a smart, disciplined inventory using our sales data plus the right online tools (auctions, digital marketplaces, acquisition platforms, etc.).

The goal:

an active, sellable inventory of ~85 vehicles within 3-6 months . What we're looking for: Real-world experience buying used cars (not theory) Strong data discipline — you're comfortable using sales history and market data to guide buys Proven ability to source clean, retail-ready inventory Comfortable being held accountable to results Calm under pressure, not emotional at the lanes
