Job Description

Position Overview The Administrative Assistant is a key member of the SKNN Aesthetics team, responsible for supporting the daily operations of our growing luxury medical aesthetics practice. This role plays an essential part in delivering an exceptional patient experience, maintaining efficient office operations, and supporting the continued growth of the practice. We are seeking someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in everything they do. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional patient experience while representing the SKNN Aesthetics brand with professionalism and warmth. Manage scheduling, patient communication, and daily administrative operations with efficiency and attention to detail. Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming clinic environment. Support practice growth through patient retention initiatives, marketing efforts, and special projects. Assist with inventory management, office organization, and operational workflows. Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and contribute to the continued success of the practice. Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of patient care, service, and professionalism. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of administrative, clerical, or office experience required. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication and customer service skills with professional phone etiquette. Experience in a medical, dental, or aesthetic practice is preferred but not required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred. Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and general computer applications is a plus. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Pay:
$20.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
