Richland, Wa. Columbia Industrial Coatings is looking for a Project Administrator to ensure operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance across all projects. The Project Administrator helps bridge communication between field operations and administrative functions, directly impacting project success and client satisfaction. Position Summary Your seat at the table. You will support the successful execution of industrial and commercial coating projects by coordinating administrative, financial, and operational activities. This role works closely with Project Managers, field teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities The Project Administrator supports the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration by coordinating project documentation, schedules, and communications. This role is responsible for tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, as well as assisting with job setup, including contracts, job numbers, and system entry. Assists with financial and contract administration by supporting project budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting. This role is responsible for processing purchase orders, invoices, and change orders, as well as tracking labor hours, materials, and subcontractor costs. Additionally, they support billing processes, including progress billing and the preparation of closeout documentation. Maintains project files in accordance with company and regulatory standards while ensuring compliance with contract specifications, as well as insurance and licensing requirements. This role also includes tracking and managing submitting permits, and certifications to ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to datePay:
