We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and dedicated to the care and happiness of our patients. This person must enjoy working as a team and building relationships with our patients and our community. This position will have several pathways for growth and advancement within the company!
General Duties:
Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and friendly experience Schedule and confirm patient appointments Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with billing and financial transactions Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow Qualifications Previous front office experience in a dental office Bilingual in Spanish required Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with patients and colleagues
