Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Bringing patients back to rooms and aiding Dr's in treatment rooms.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- As per assigned Experience
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Must be comfortable collecting money
- Must be able to multitask in a fast pace environment
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Familiarity with computerized systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual in Spanish (nice-to-have)
- Experience as Receptionist (nice-to-have)
