JOB SUMMARY
This position will provide administrative support to the Titletown Development and Programs Team. This is an in-person, part-time position (no more than 29 hours per week). Schedule will be set during normal weekday (M-F) business hours.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, data entry, document maintenance, and creating and/or updating spreadsheets/charts/presentations. Maintain Titletown communications via email, phone, and/or written communications. (e.g. responding to inquiries, sending tenant notices, etc.) Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies for Titletown programs team. Assist with invoices and expenses through receiving, coding, and managing approval workflows for all managers. Track sponsorship deliverables, support sweepstakes/contest fulfillment, and maintain signage schedules. Assist with planning department trainings, meetings, and team building events. Assist with research and other projects, as needed.QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate setting is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience with MS Office software including Word, Excel and Power Point. Quick learner, adaptable, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time. Ability to focus on projects for periods of time. Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Operates in a professional office environment. Role routinely uses standard office equipment.TRAVEL:
