HIL is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Regional Operations to play a key role in regional operations by managing administrative processes, coordinating projects, and ensuring organizational excellence across multiple programs.
In This Role, You Will:
Support regional leadership with administrative and operational initiatives Lead and coordinate regional administrative operations and business support functions Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing standards, and record retention requirements Support financial processes, purchasing, and expense management Develop, streamline, and improve administrative systems and workflows Serve as a trusted resource to leadership teams, providing high-level administrative and operational support
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative, operations, or business support experience Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise independent judgment, professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment Valid Wisconsin driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed Why HIL?
