Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for various administrative tasks within the training, engineering, and installations departments.
Work assigned will include:
Answer incoming general phone line calls as part of a team of administrative Fosber employees responsible for answering incoming phone calls Other projects utilizing Microsoft Office tools General office duties
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor degree in related field, or equivalent work experience in an Administrative role Accuracy/attention to detail Ability to plan projects and follow timelines Organizational skills Communication skills, including the ability to fill in for Receptionist duties Experience with file sharing via Microsoft Onedrive and Dropbox Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Valid Driver's License to occasionally run errands
