If so, then we may have the opportunity for you. Fred Astaire Dance Studios® in Green Bay is hiring a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. This is a part-time position with the hours of Monday thru Friday from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. This role is of critical importance to the client, staff and overall studio experience. You will manage the reception area by welcoming students, assist with scheduling and answer questions about upcoming studio activities. Maintain student account information is accurate with accountability being a must. Also, a love of people and building rapport is essential as you talk to possible new clients and share with them how we can improve the quality of their life through dance. Requirements Excellent time management and organizational skills Have outstanding communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Eagerly accept coaching and feedback for improvement. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Have strong interpersonal skills & ability to work with students of all ages.
