Job Description
Office Assistant A local contractor is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. This person will help answer phones, assist customers, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, comfortable multitasking, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Mon-Fri; 8:00am - 4:30pm Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions professionally Schedule and confirm appointments Enter and update customer information accurately Assist with filing, data entry, emails, and general office tasks Communicate with customers and team members regarding scheduling and service needs Maintain organized digital and paper records Process basic paperwork and assist with billing or payment information as needed Help keep daily office operations running smoothly Qualifications Previous office, administrative, customer service, or scheduling experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly High school diploma or equivalent requiredBenefits
