Job Description
About us HM Brandt LLC is a local family owned & operated demolition company located in Lannon, WI. We work throughout SE Wisconsin specializing in both interior & structural demolition. Some of the industries we serve include commercial retail spaces, restaurants & industrial buildings, among others. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work & high safety standards. HM Brandt LLC is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong communication skills & team oriented but self motivated. Experience in the construction industry is a plus. Any experience with blue print reading, understand the estimating & preconstruction process, permit process & AIA forms is desired but not required (we will train the right individual). We are seeking an individual with the ability to support our project managers to help run successful and safe demolition projects start to finish. There is an opportunity for growth within the company. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Tracking upcoming projects for bid Coordinating project walk through coverage with Estimating team Assist estimators in putting together detailed project estimates Attending job walk throughs or project meetings Searching for project opportunities through various project portals Performing follow ups on estimates sent Cultivating positive relationships with current & potential clients Assemble and maintain project files with detail and accuracy. Assist project managers in preparing projects for execution including pulling permits, printing plans, preparing schedules, etc Communicate effectively with project managers & foremen daily Assisting with miscellaneous admin tasks at our office as assigned
Qualifications:
Effective organizational & strong communication skills (both verbal & written) High attention to detail Proficient computer/technical skills and familiarity with office administrative processes Microsoft office suite, Google Suite, adobe proficiency High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years office/admin experience or Associates degree or BS in Construction management, architecture or related field Experience with the following are desired but not required: Blueprint reading ability & experience performing takeoffs. Construction means/methods/processes Procore, textura, Autodesk or equivalent Google Earth Docusign AIA Contract Documents PDF editingSalary :
