Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and handling incoming correspondence. Utilize office management software and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data entry systems to organize information accurately. Perform clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing Word processing materials with attention to detail. Support administrative functions by managing office supplies inventory, coordinating mail services, and assisting with general office organization. Provide excellent customer support through clear communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette to address inquiries effectively. Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication and phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are preferred to assist diverse client needs effectively. Previous experience working with multi-line phone systems, filing systems, or as a personal assistant is advantageous. Demonstrated technical proficiency in office productivity software such as QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is a plus.
