The Front Desk Representative role provides patients with a warm and professional first impression while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic front office. As a key member of our team, you will: Greet and check in patients while providing a welcoming, supportive environment Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and required documentation Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner Collect payments and assist with basic administrative and billing support Triage patients to financial counselors when needed Support physicians, clinic and administrative staff with front office coordination and workflow Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies at all times Why join us? Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent? Minimum 1 year of experience in medical front office, reception, or patient services? Strong interpersonal and customer service skills? A passion for women's health, fertility is a plus Strong communication skills & a team player Willingness to be flexible, roll with the punches, multitask, and troubleshoot problems Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Exemplifies amazing customer service skills and professionalism
