Job Description

Seeking a Service Coordinator , a critical role in ensuring operational excellence in the compliance of installed fall protection systems and equipment!!
WHAT THE ROLE DOES
  • Coordinate scheduling of fall protection inspection and recertification appointments with customers, field technicians, and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update accurate schedules, calendars, and booking systems to support department operations.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling travel (e.g. flights, hotels, rental cars) and equipment (e.g., lifts).
  • Coordinate with orders team and warehouse associate to ensure equipment, material, and tools are available on-site.
  • Communicate schedule changes, confirmations, and reminders to customers and staff in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate interna ERP system with accurate project timelines, dates, and invoicing information to the customer.
  • Manage and process incoming and outgoing administrative correspondence and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize departmental records, files, and databases (e.g., customer contacts, inspection records).
  • Support team coordination efforts across departments to ensure effective workflow.
  • Accurately and promptly review and send inspection reports to customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively, paying attention to detail, and responding with urgency to customer needs.
MUST HAVE
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with calendars and office productivity tools (fluency in Microsoft Office)
  • Fluency in ERP software; BC365 or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
  • Fluency in CRM software; HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Understanding and knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Local to home office in Union Grove, WI with necessary travel
