Service Coordinator

Service Coordinator We are seeking a Service Coordinator , a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and compliance for installed fall protection systems and equipment. What This Role Does Coordinate scheduling of fall protection inspections and recertification appointments with customers, field technicians, and internal teams Maintain and update accurate schedules, calendars, and booking systems to support department operations Coordinate project logistics, including travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars) and equipment needs (lifts, tools, materials) Partner with the orders team and warehouse to ensure required equipment and materials are available on-site Communicate schedule confirmations, changes, and reminders to customers and internal staff in a timely manner Maintain accurate records within the internal ERP system, including project timelines, service dates, and customer invoicing details Manage incoming and outgoing administrative correspondence and documentation Organize and maintain departmental records, files, and databases (customer contacts, inspection records, reports) Support cross-department coordination to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery Review inspection reports for accuracy and distribute to customers promptly Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency Must-Have Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset Proficiency with calendars and office productivity tools (Microsoft Office) Experience using ERP systems (BC365 or Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Understanding of the construction industry Local to the Union Grove, WI home office Ability to travel less than 10% of the time Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Grove, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
