1pm-8pm), Some Saturdays as necessary

Job Functions:
Greets visitors Answer and direct calls Responsible for retrieving & routing voice mail messages Support entire new student enrollment process Maintain all Admissions spreadsheet information Enter and maintain student records in Anthology Reach and Ellucian BANNER Complete real-time inventory of Admission supplies to include: enrollment packets, program packets, and brochures Maintain admissions calendar and communicate events and deadlines Assist with Admissions Department Reports Project work, as necessary All other duties assigned as necessary by the Admissions Office Coordinator and/or Market Director of Admissions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ability to meet and deal effectively with students and visitors Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all associates Requires good planning, organizing, and communication skills Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area preferred, Associates Degree Required. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Highly organized Ability to prioritize tasks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated Ability to successfully perform multi-task operations - attention to detail Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and problem-solve
