Part-Time Administrative Assistant -
Charleston, WV Location:
Charleston, WV Position Type:
Part-Time (Monday - Friday, 4 hours/day. 11 am to 3pm)
Pay Rate:
Start at $16.00/ hour with potential to move to $18.00 / hour after successful completion of 3-month training period. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our operations in the Charleston area. This position handles daily office administration, communication support, and team coordination to help keep our regional operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Assist regional management with daily administrative tasks, correspondence, and record-keeping. Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries professionally. Support onboarding, scheduling coordination, and message dispatch for field staff. Maintain accurate files, documentation, and office spreadsheets/reports. Perform basic data entry and document preparation as needed. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Required). Previous experience in office administration or customer service preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills. High level of dependability, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Schedule & Work Hours Hours:
20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday through Friday).
