Job Description
Position Overview Providing high quality support to physician, paramedic, and EMTs with proper and effective documentation, communication, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Assist with staff and Scout check-in, screening medical documents Patient follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and arranging referrals Maintaining office files and patient records Maintaining inventory of disposable and non-disposable supplies Opening and closing duties as required by Health Lodge Policies and Procedures Model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions while maintaining Maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area Perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership Abide by policies and procedures outlined in the SBR staff handbook Qualifications Minimum age: 18+
